Our IP: The Services, including all content, features, functionality, software, algorithms, and AI models, are owned by AIMADDS or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data: You retain ownership of all data, documents, and information you submit to the Services ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide the Services to you.

Reports and Outputs: AI-generated reports and analysis created by the Services using Your Data are jointly owned. You have a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use these outputs for your internal business purposes.

Subscription Fees: Access to the Services requires payment of subscription fees as specified in your plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Trial Periods: We may offer free trial periods. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel.

Payment Information: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. You agree to keep your payment information current and accurate.

Taxes: Fees do not include applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

No Investment Advice: The Services provide analytical tools and information for informational purposes only. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any financial decisions.

AI Limitations: Our AI-powered analysis is based on algorithms and data sources that may contain errors or inaccuracies. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information or outputs.

Service Availability: We provide the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMADDS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL AIMADDS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will cease immediately. We may delete Your Data in accordance with our data retention policy.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or unauthorized access.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to bring or participate in any class or representative action.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AIMADDS regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without restriction.
